Good Morning!

When you wake up to the alarm in the morning…It\’s SUCH a hard task to overcome! Your bed is soft, plush, cozy…Ahhhhh. But to get out of bed? That is a challenge. Maybe you didn\’t sleep well or you know you have a huge project due for work/school that you cannot even imagine tackling in your current state of mind, chin up- let\’s figure out what will help give you the strength to move about your day!

How do those around you help your morning? The mindset to get out of bed is a struggle for most, but maybe it\’s a kiss good morning from your spouse/kids that is the trick? Are you a procrastinator(me!) that waits until the last possible second for my feet to hit the floor…How can we get that pep in our step even five minutes earlier? Maybe it\’s that cup of morning coffee…Take your time now and think about it. Start your day with passion for whatever will heighten your mood for the rest of the day; avoid morning arguments with those around you because that will bring negativity to EVERYONE\’S day.
